Document Description
The proposed Arcadia Mixed Use Planned Development (the "Project") is to be built on an approximately 76-acre site (the "project site") situated in the northwest area of the City of Brentwood, CA. The project site is bounded by Lone Tree Way to the north, a 100-foot East Bay Municipal Utility District right-of way (Mokelumne Aqueduct) to the south, Heidron Ranch to the west, and State Route 4 Bypass (the "Bypass") to the east. The project will serve as the primary western entrance to the City of Brentwood via Lone Tree Way. The Retail Phase (including roadways) will cover approximately 52 percent of the project site (39.55 acres). The proposed Office and Residential Phase (including roadways) will occupy approximately 42 percent of the site (32.31 acres). The remainder of the project site will be used for dedicated roadways.
