Document Description
The project consists of a bar skimming gravel operation that has been taking place in this section of the Creek approximately every other year since 1995. The extraction of gravel is accomplished by "skimming" or grading aggregate from gravel bars above the low-water channel. No excavations in the channel would be deeper than the low-flow thalweg.
