Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2003-131 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Dave Lange of Meritage Homes. Project will deepen and widen 3908' of drainage channel, install underground line crossing drainage, install two storm water outfall structures. The lead agency prepared an EIR for the entire subdivision including the work described above. The agreement and this notice pertain only to the channel modification mentioned above.
