Temporary school buildings and an industrial building; M-30 Industrial Zone
The Oakland Unified School District would develop of approximately 80,000 square feet for the New Woodlad Elementary School, serving a student population of 500 and 30 employees. The new school facilities would include an amphitheater, softball field, and outdoor learning environments in addition to traditional classroom buildings.
