The proposed project consists of the following components: 1) a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) for the Agency to sell approximately 3.75 acres to McKevitt Inc. for an automobile dealership and service center at 467 Marina Boulevard (eastern-most parcel); 2) A DDA for the Agency to sell approximately 3.75 acres to the Anthony A. Batarse Family Trust for an automobile dealership and service center at 517 Marina Boulevard, and for the Trust's development of 559-575 Marina Boulevard, 635 (portion) Marina Boulevard and 765 Marina Boulevard for automobile and/or motorcycle delearships and service centers and the sale and display of new and used automobiles; 3) An Owner Participation Agreement (OPA) between the Agency and F.H. Dailey Motor company for an automobile dealership and service center at 936 Marina Boulevard; 4) public improvements in the form of a new street, sidewalks, curbs and gutters at 505 Marina Boulevard.
