The facility will be located at 2308 Wake Avenue in Oakland, CA. The transfer processing permit will allow for acceptance of 850 tpd of recyclable material. The permit prohibits acceptance of mixed municipal solid waste, bulky waste (furniture, mattresses, etc.), pressure treated lumber, waste tires, scrap metal, white good/appliances, biosolids, green waste, food waste or wood waste for any purpose including processing or transfer to disposal.
