Document Description
The proposed action is the approval and implementation of the OARB Final Reuse Plan, applicable to one of the three sub-districts of the OARB Area Redevelopment Plan, by OBRA. The Reuse Plan provides for property transfer, remediation of soil and groundwater contamination, installation of major infrastructure, and rehabilitation or demolition and re-construction of mixed uses (Public Access, Public Open Space, Recreation, Office/R&D, Light Industrial, Warehouse/Distribution, Commercial/Retail, and Live/work), as well as industrial Port uses (maritime and rall) and ancillary maritime support uses at or ner the former OARB site.
