Implementation of the already approved 2012 Oakland Army Base Project by adopting the following ordinances: 1) An Ordinance Amending the Oakland Planning Code to Create the Gateway Industrial District Zone and Make Conforming Changes to Other Planning Code Sections and the Oakland Zoning Map to Apply the D-G Zone to Approximately 160 Acres in the Gateway Development Area of the Former Oakland Army Base. 2) An Ordinance Aurthorizing the City Administrator to Execute a Development Agreement Between the City of Oakland and prologis CCIG Oakland Global, LLC, a Delawater Limited Liability Corporatio, for the Development on Approximately 160 Acres in the Gateway Development Area of the Former Oakland Army Base to be in a Form and Content Substantially in Conformance with the Attached Documents.
