Document Description
Adoption and Implementation of a redevelopment plan for a 1,800 acre project area, with a decommissioned military base at its core. 710 acres are to be remediated, rehabilitated or re-constructed, infrastructure installed, and mixed use business-oriented uses as well as transportation-oriental industrial facilities built and operated.
