Document Description
The City of Portola proposes the construction of a Class1 bicycle and pedestrian trail along the Middle Fork of the Feather River, through existing City-owned land and United States Forest Service (USFS) land. The land is intended for recreation purposes. The trail will extend from the east end of Riverfront Street ( Beckwith Avenue) to the existing parking lot in the Federal park at the east end of the City.
