Document Description
To establish a 100' monopole and accessory structures on a cellular tower site of 10,000 sq. ft. in a UA-AP; Upland Agricultural-Agricultural Preserve Zoning District. The project is one of seven sites being proposed by Mericom Corp. in cooperation with American Tower Corp. along Hwy 36 E. between Red Bluff and Mineral. The purpose of the project is to facilitate the co-location of up to five carriers on one tower in an area that lacks coverage for many of the major carriers. The project is located approximately 3.4 miles east of Dales Station, approximately 2,800 ft. south of Hwy. 36E and approximately 2,600 ft. west of the eastern boundary of Sec. 5, Twn. 28N, Range 1W.. Primary access will be via an approximately 2.25 mile private ranch road which intersects Hwy. 36E approximately 2.0 miles east of Dales Station.
