The proposed new primary center is comprised of a 33,000 square foot facility on a 1.90 acre site. The proposed project would relieve overcrowding at nearby Hobart Elementary School by providing 532 two-semester seats to accommodate a total enrollment of 380 Kindergarten through second grade students.
