This is an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the installation of a "Microcell" communication facility in the public right-of-way. The Microcell improvements are located on and adjacent to an existing utility pole, and consist of two panel antennas and a small GPS antenna on a 72 inch support arm, a 36" by 19" by 11" deep pole mounted equipment box and a 50" by 35" by 20" ground mounted equipment cabinet. The site is within the public right-of-way.
