Document Description
The purpose of the Ascot Avenue Elementary School addition project is to reduce reliance upon portable classrooms and maximize on-site playground area. The two-story building is expected to include approximately 22,600 square feet of new construction, including: 16 classrooms, two boys' restrooms, two girls' restrooms, two faculty restrooms, parking beneath the footprint of the building with 25 parking spaces, and other appurtenant facilities. The project would result in the removal of 6 portable buildings and the relocation of special education classrooms off of the existing play area.
