Under the proposed Amendment, the Plans will be merged into one amended plan (the "Amended Plan") and the Added Territory will increase the size of the Project Areas. The proposed Added Territory is about 3,440 acres and the existing Project Areas contain approximately 4,465 acres. The completed Initial Study indicates that the following environmental issues must be further evaluated within a Program EIR.
