Document Description
The project assesses the environmental impacts resulting from the development and installation of a 1.0 million gallon welded steel water tank approximately 24 feet in height, booster pump station, sodium hypochlorite and chlorination facilities, deep well vertical turbine pump (in an existing well constructed in 1999), on-site piping and valving, off-site piping connection to the City's distribution system with a separate line discharging to a Lemoore Canal Co. ditch for well start blow-off connection to the City's 18 inch transmission main located along the west side of Lemoore Avenue, and miscellaneous site work (grading, paving, fencing, etc.). The project will provide additional water supply, and blend Well No. 11 water (with color in excess of 20 color units) with water from the City's North Well Field, and improve system pressures in the north portion of the City.
