The project consists of the construction of a low flow inlet and piping system, parallel to the existing high-flow storm drains and slope terrace drains, which will divert gutter and v-ditch low-flow runoff from the Kite Hill subwatershed of the JO3P02 storm drain system. The low-flow runoff is diverted into a newly constructed natural treatment wetland to reduce pollutants in the runoff before it flows into the natural creek system.
