Venoco, Inc. received approval of a Final Development Plan validating emergency repair work performed on the State Lease 421 (SL 421) after leaks were discovered on the lease's two surf zone wells on November 22 and 28, 2000. Work included road repair, pier repair, well stabilization, and old equipment removal.
