Document Description
Venoco, Inc. (Venoco) requests approval of a Final Development Plan Revision to validate emergency repair work performed on their State Lease 421 (SL 421) after leaks were discovered on the lease's tow surf zone wells on November 22 and 28, 2000. The Energy Division authorized a series of lease repair operations that would culminate in the stabilization of both wells on SL 421.
