Document Description
The El Paseo Simi Project includes the development of 35.4 acres of residential and commercial use within an urbanized area. The residential component includes 190 townhomes on 13.7 acres and 180 senior apartments within a three-story complex. The 17.4 acre commerical area includes 200,000 square feet of restaurant, bookstore, retail market and department store uses. The commercial area will also include 800 parking stalls and landscaped areas.
