Document Description
The EIR will focus on evaluation of cumulative traffic impacts, mitigation and alternatives associated with the following projects and other approved and reasonably foreseeable projects in the Downtown/Waterfront area: 633 E. Cabrillo Boulevard - Change conditions of approval to expand hotel conference facility capacity from 1,000 to 1,800 people and extend event hours into the peak traffic period. No change in square footage. 535 E. Montecito Street - Construct 29,610 square-foot building. 1035 Chapala Street - Construct 10,000-12,000 square feet of commercial office and 10-15 multi-family dwelling units. 111 Santa Barbara Street - Demolish 36,183 square feet of commercial, build 6,200 square feet of commercial, and 58 live/work units of total 62,300 square feet. (Net 29, 983 square feet of commercial and 58 live/work units). 634 Anacapa Street - Demolish 5,507 square feet of commercial and 1 dwelling unit, build 3 multi-family dwelling units of 2,100 square feet total, and 32,000 square feet of commercial. (Net 3 multi-family dwelling units, 26,493 square feet commercial).
