Document Description
The Zoning Ordinance Update 2000 also known as Title 9, Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code has been reviewed and revised by the Planning Commission and is now being presented to the public for their review and comments. The Zoning Ordinance will be forwarded to the City Council for approval and adoption. The changes in the ordinance were minor and corrected inaccuracies, provided information that was inadvertently omitted in 1994 and now brings the Zoning Ordinance in compliance with the General Plan and the General Plan Map.
