Document Description
A request to subdivide approximately 9.1 acres into two parcels consisting of 2.17 acres and 6.94 acres and to construct a 4-story residence inn/apartment hotel consisting of 105 units on the 2.17 acre parcel. The parcel contains approximately 110,000 cubic yards of illegally dumped materials. The proposed Closure Plan for the landfill is also evaluated in the Initial Study. The site is located on the northeast corner of Waterman Avenue and Vanderbilt Way in the CR-3, Commercial Regional land use district. Also request to amend the Development Code Section 19.02.050, Transient Basis, to allow stays longer than a continuous period of two (2) weeks.
