Existing land uses include a church sanctuary, Sunday School, retreat and conference center, private school, administrative facilities, sports fields, temporary horse corrals, abandoned orchard, and caretaker residences. The entire project site's General Plan designation is Planned Community. Specifically, the General Plan identifies 80 percent of the site for Public and Institutional land uses and 20 percent of the site for Assisted Care Facility. The City's Zoning Code identifies the portion of the site within the City as Open Space Recreation. No per-annexation zoning exists for the remaining portion of the site that is unincorporated.
Document Description
The following are the key project objectives: . Construct a state-of-the-art private high school with complete educational, athletic, and performing arts facilities. . Expand the existing church facilities to include a new sanctuary, spiritual growth center, pre-school/daycare facility, and fellowship hall. . Create mediation gardens and a cross monument. . Expand the existing conference center facilities to provide more bedrooms and increased dining and meeting capacity.
