The proposed project site is comprised of about 23 acres. An 84-foot wide right-of-way for the future Prado road extension is included in this acreage and sports fields and ancillary park features such as parking, restrooms, etc., and creek conservation/enhancement area. Access to the site will be from Industrial Way/Broad Street intersections.
