Document Description
The project is for the construction of a new high school in the City of Santa Maria. The school will cover approximately 53.5 acres and will include approximately 210,000 square feet of permanent buildings, including classrooms, administrative offices, a library, a performing arts center, cafeteria and maintenance facilities. It will also include athletic fields and an athletic stadium with an approximately 3,000 person capacity, parking for approximately 700 vehicles total, landscaping, and necessary infrastructure improvements to serve the proposed high school, including drainage structures, sewer, water and electrical service extensions to the high school.
