Document Description
Construct and operate the Multi-Story Commercial Project that will contain a mix of retail, restaurant, office and meeting/multipurpose uses. Total square footage of the building will be 124,418 gross (rentable area plus service area) and 96,981 net (or rentable area) square feet. The building will be a maximum of five stories where it fronts on West Valley Boulevard, decreasing to three stories along Bencamp Street.
