- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0253-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Chris Schimunek. The Project is limited to the construction of a new outfall structure at 1039 Ridge Park Court and is associated with the subdivision and subsequent building of new housing structures. The outfall structure will impact a total of 65 square feet with a total of 42 square feet of rock slope protection to be placed near the headwall structure. The outfall will consist of an 18 inch diameter pipe, 9 feet long. The headwall is approximately 6 feet tall, 8 feet long and 1 foot wide.
