Document Description
In order to drain a portion of lots 1, 7 and 12, installation of a closed conduit drainage system consisting of one 4 inch pipe and outfall structure will be in each lot going from the house to the creek. The total area of creek bank encompassed by the aforementioned six lots is approximately 160 linear feet. The area of each drain outlet structure will be approximately 3 feet long by 18 inches deep or approximately 9 square feet. The outfall structure will be constructed with 4-6 inch clean river rock. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Dean Mills, O'Brien Group.
