Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2001-133) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Floyd Evers. The applicant proposes to perform the temporary construction and permanent installation of a 6 inch sewer lateral, which will be installed at an approximate depth of 5 to 6 feet, resulting in the impact of approximately 300 feet of meadow habitat and approximately 15 feet of streambed. The proposed work is to be accomplished within the 10 foot sewer easement, and all surfaces will be restored to pre-project conditions.
