Document Description
The Mitigated Negative Declaration assessed the development of 42 multi-family residences on a vacant 2.3-acre site. The 42 units would be contained in 2 separate structures and would consist of 12,703 square-foot, 1 bedroom/1 bath units, and 30,981 to 990 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bath units, totaling 38,028 square feet of floor area. Building coverage would total 18.05% of the site and when coupled with parking and roadways, coverage would account for 31% of the site. Parking on-site would consist of 42 covered spaces and 36 uncovered spaces, contained in parking lot behind the proposed structures. Other site improvements include landscaping, lighting, an earthstone wall, and drainage improvements. The project applications include a Rezoning (ZC00-12), Environmental and Design Review Permit (ED00-131), Trip Permit (TP00-03) and Small Subdivision (S00-11).
