Document Description
The Mitigated Negative Declaration assessed the addition of a new multi-family residential structure with eight studio units to a 5.79-acre site currently developed with 98-multi-family residential units. The approved improvements would entail the construction of a new three-story, multi-family residential structure, composed of nine enclosed parking spaces on the ground level and eight studio apartment units (four units on the first floor and four on the second floor). This new structure would be located immediately west of 85 North Avenue, in an area currently developed with paved parking. The proposal would also include uncovered parking spaces adjacent to the new building, replacement parking spaces throughout the site, and landscaping improvements. The project applications include a Rezoning from the current Planned Development (PD) District to a revised PD District (ZC00-13) and Environmental and Design Review Permit (ED00-146).
