Document Description
Survey fish in Locke, Meadow, and Snodgrass Sloughs in Delta Meadows River Park at Brannan Island State Recreation Area to determine species, population distribution, and health. Work will done by UC Davis, under the Delta Keeper Program. Electroshocking and beach seining methods will be used to determine fish species and population. Although some fish may die as a result of the methods used during capture (including Delta Smelt), the Department if Fish and Game has issued the requisite permits and deems the loss as a less-than-significant impact. No fish will be kept.
