Document Description
This project consists of removing approximately one cubic yard of sediment from Dughi Spring at the spring source, and approximately six cubic yards of sediment from a cement-lined pond approximately 30 feet south of the spring source. Approximately 586 cubic yards of sediment and wetland vegetation would be removed from Mucky Pond. The project would also replace two culverts crossing Dughi Spring Road and one culvert crossing Primera Mine Road. At each of the three culvert locations, the channel would be lined with 10 linear feet of rock slope protection at the inflow end of the culvert and 40 linear feet of rock slope protection at the outflow end. The equipment to be used for the project includes a bulldozer, backhoe, excavator, loader, and grader. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1429 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
