Document Description
SFPP L.P. operating partnership for Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. has proposed to inspect and repair a petroleum pipeline at 28 dig sites located in the Suisun Marsh, Solano County and in the City of Pittsburg, Contra Costa County. The inspection and repair of the pipeline will result in the temporary impact of 0.68 acres of jurisdictional wetlands and waters. The actual excavation will be about 10 feet by 20 feet at each dig site.
