Document Description
Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to construct helipads for emergency medical evacuation of personnel at each of the five pumping plants along the Colorado River Aqueduct. All of this work will occur on previously disturbed areas within the boundaries of existing Metropolitan facilities at the Whitsett, Gene, Iron Mountain, Eagle Mountain, and Hinds Pumping Plants.
