Document Description
Change the Sutter Power Project to add a new 8 inch diameter, 700 foot gas pipeline to be installed connecting the Greenleaf 1 facility and the Sutter Energy Center. This will provide a dual source of fuel from the Montis Niger pipeline and PG&E line 302, and thereby enhance fuel availability for both projects.
