Streambed Alteration Agreement R2-2001-224 pertains to installation of an effluent pump in an existing septic tank and an effluent pipe (1.25 inches in diameter) across a small creek to a gravity type absorbtion field located 100 feet from the creek. Trenching will be implemented with a backhoe in upland portions of the project area and by hand across the stream.
