Remove existing road bed from the access road to the Foss Cabin. The existing roadbed material contains silt that may wash into the Big Sur River and degrade habitat for steelhead. New washed drain rock will be placed as roadbed to maintain access. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1311 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
