Document Description
As part of the development of a 9 acre parcel, into one single family home, the operator proposes to install a bridge over the west fork of Grayson Creek and fill a portion of the northern side tributary, at 1755 Reliez Valley Road in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The bridge will be a clear span bridge 12 feet wide by 50 feet long. It will be anchored to abutments located approximately 5 feet from the top of the banks. No work or structures will impact the bed or banks of the west fork, which flows parallel to Reliez Valley Road. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0341 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
