Document Description
The construction of a 0.9 mile underground pipeline that will transition to an existing above-ground piperack to TCI's softwater treatment plant at Station 2-22 for disposal of wastewater derived from simple-cycle operations. The Sunrise Power Project was certified by the California Energy Commission on December 6, 2000. It is a nominally-rated 320 megawatt natural gas-fired, simple-cycle peaking power plant that commenced operation on June 27, 2001.
