Document Description
The proposed project would replace corroded CMP's, downdrains, and drainage inlets at 11 locations between KP 11.06 and 67.75 (PM 6.87-42.10) on State Route 254 in Humboldt County. All 11 culverts are located within Humboldt-Redwood State Park. The culverts (CMP) replaced with Alternate Pipe Culverts (APC). In addition, to the replacement of the pipes, other activities associated with rehabilitation of these culverts will include: Rock Energy Dissipater (RED), down drains, drainage inlets (with bicycle proof grates when warranted), improvement of drainage swales and the reconstruction of the roadway embankment when needed.
