Document Description
Replace existing combination building in Madrone Campground at Samuel P. Taylor State Park with a slightly larger, ADA compliant Series 200 Combination Building (restrooms and showers). Existing building will be demolished and new structure constructed on the same site, encompassing the original footprint. Excavation will be limited to perimeter of new foundation and adjoining walkway (depth not to exceed 16 inches). Structure will be serviced by existing utilities. Portable toilets (number sufficient to provide equivalent capacity for campground use) will be provided during construction and placed in adjacent parking area. Existing building will be documented prior to demolition.
