Document Description
The project will involve the lease of property belonging to the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California to Henry Arklin for the purpose of storing containerized nursery stock, vehicles and equipment, parking and storage, and general storage. According to the lease, Arklin may also maintain home offices, portable storage sheds, shade frames, fencing and paving. In addition, Arklin shall maintain a 15' access strip through the property (measuring 7 1/2 ' on either side of the pipeline) and a 20' wide access strip around each manhole of the pipeline for Metropolitan's use. Arklin has been renting this portion of property from Metropolitan since October 1, 1985.
