The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to lease approximately 8,000 square feet of administrative office space in an existing office building. The building currently houses approximately 89 Caltrans staff on the 3rd and 5th floors of the building. The space on the 4th floor would house approximately 38 staff. The Advanced Planning group receives approximately 15 visitors per week. An estimated amount of 30 parking spaces are available and public transit is available within 1/4 mile of the site.
