Document Description
To help prevent flooding of residences along the creeks, the operator proposes to remove accumulated sediment from inside the culverts along various creeks at 6 locations in Pleasant Hill, Contra Costa County. Approximately 1-4 feet of sediment will be removed by hand laborers from within the culvert and no more than 10 feet up and downstream of the headwall to achieve positive flow. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0303 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
