Document Description
The project is intended to correct existing oxygen deficiency within the Upper San Leandro (USL) Reservoir and eliminate existing taste and odor problems. Oxygenation of the hypolimnion of the USL Reservoir will control algae growth, reducing total organic carbon levels in the reservoir and consequently the potential for producing trihalomethanes.
