Document Description
PEF is a nominally-rated 750MW combined-cycle natural gas power plant currently under construction and scheduled for commercial operation in early 2003. The site plan rearrangement will affect power blocks, water storage tanks, control building, and a reduction in cooling tower cells; reduction in stack height from 213 to 150 feet; steam injection power augmentation, a minor relocation of the fuel gas supply line; and a 70% increase in projected workforce needs.
