Document Description
Extend a culvert on the north side of the highway for 1.8 meter (6 feet) and to reconstruct the headwall. The shoulder will be raised with earthen fill and shoulder backing. Temporary access to US Forest land will be required. Improve the drainage from the north to the south side of the highway making it less apt to overflow over the roadway and averting a possible danger to the motoring public.
