Streambed Alteration Agreement R2-2001-61 for removal of an existing pond pursuant to State Water Resources Control Board requirement. The existing pond was created by an unauthorized diversion from Pecks Creek, tributary to Williams Creek. Disturbed portions of the stream bed will be returned to the natural grade and surfaced with gravel/boulders.
